"I write to thank you for your excellent representation in court. My son and I found you had a very good and kind manner, which made us feel much more relaxed  and confident as we had never been in a courtroom before. Without your representation I feel the outcome would have been a lot worse." "Mr Hedley-Saunders was fantastic in court. You were by far the most professional and helpful firm of solicitors  I have ever used. You were sympathetic to my needs through illness and I felt 100% confident in your actions at all times - I would recommend you to anyone and without doubt would use you again."

"Where do we start? You were on the case right from the start and helped pave the way for Friday's fabulous outcome...we remain convinced that without your capable intervention and retention of the barrister, it would have been very very different. You most likely have no idea what a special place you have in our lives." "I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to write and thank you for all your help with my son's recent case - I've been putting it off because it's hard to know what to write that will adequately express our thanks to you for all that you did. It felt for a long time that this was not going to have a happy ending, and  I'm not sure what it would have done without you to guide us through..." "Thanks so much! For all your efforts and hard work preparing for my case. What a result."

Geoff Wise - Head of Motoring Law & Case Progression

Geoff is a solicitor who specialises in criminal and motoring / road traffic law. Geoff worked for M23LAW as an intern before proceeding to qualify as a solicitor. Hedley and Andrew then welcomed him back to M23LAW in 2006; in his enhanced capacity. During his time with M23LAW Geoff has taken a key role in advising and assisting clients at the police station, youth and magistrates courts. His personal interests include: golf, rugby, squash and sports cars. "I would just like to say a very big thank you for all the hard work and support you gave me. Things could have gone really bad for me if it wasn't for you. Once again, thank you"
Geoff's recent road traffic cases include:
Representing a client at court who pleaded guilty to speeding at 111MPH in a 70MPH limit. He therefore faced a significant disqualification from driving which would have had a profound effect on both his personal and professional life. He had 3 relevant penalty points recorded on his licence. After hearing Geoff's speech, the magistrates were persuaded not to disqualify. He instead received 6 penalty points and a fine. Geoff also represented a business client at court (who used his vehicle on a daily basis). He was liable to disqualification as a 'totter'. He pleaded guilty to speeding, which meant that he had 12 penalty points on his licence. Our client was therefore facing a 6-month ban. Geoff successfully argued that 'exceptional hardship' would result from our client any length of ban. Happily for our client, the court was persuaded not to disqualify him. Geoff regularly assists young or newly qualified drivers who face the revocation of their licence if they total 6 points or more within the initial 2-year probationary period.
