R vs. M - Wimbledon Magistrates Court - Drink Driving

Defendant charged with driving with excess alcohol. Our client entered a not guilty plea and proceeded to a special reasons argument based on the short distance travelled and strong mitigating circumstances for having to drive.

Special reasons found. The defendant avoided a disqualification from driving. The minimum disqualification from driving is usually 12 months.
